These terms cover your use of LimeMoment. By creating a moment you agree to them. We'll give notice of material changes, and a qualified reviewer checks updates before they go live.

LimeMoment is operated by Limelai Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16486216), with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

Using LimeMoment

You can use LimeMoment to create event pages and share them with your guests. You're responsible for the content you add and for having the right to use it. Keep your account details safe.

Acceptable use

• Don't use LimeMoment for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service.

Plans and payments

One-off plans are charged per event. Agency plans are billed monthly. Contributions, gifts and donations are handled through Stripe. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your content. We process it to run your moment, as set out in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your event data at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep LimeMoment running, but we can't promise it will always be available. We may change or pause features, and we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
