Pricing questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. Spark lets you create a beautiful event page with RSVP, Add to Calendar, a memory wall, a celebration timeline, a QR code, themes and more.
How many moments can I create?
As many as you like over the years. Your plan only limits how many you actively manage at once: Spark keeps one active moment at a time, and Agency plans run several. When a moment finishes it's automatically archived, which frees the slot for the next one. Nothing is deleted, an archived moment keeps every photo, video, message and guestbook entry, and stays yours to revisit any time.
What is the best plan for a 50th birthday?
Shine is usually best for bigger milestone birthdays because it includes a custom subdomain, video and voice messages, a digital time capsule, guest groups, QR check-in and advanced guest features.
Can I use LimeMoment for weddings?
Yes. Signature is best for weddings because it includes custom domain support, seating plans, meal choices, advanced RSVP questions, premium templates and a downloadable archive.
Can I collect gifts or donations?
Yes, and gifting works properly even on the free plan. Every plan can collect cash gifts, funds with a progress goal, donations and group chip-ins, each with a progress bar and an optional wall of givers.
Can I sell tickets?
Yes. Ticketing is supported on every plan. LimeMoment booking fees depend on your plan and Stripe processing fees still apply.
How long is my livestream replay kept?
After a broadcast, the replay is kept on your moment page for guests to watch back: 90 days on Shine, 12 months on Signature and for as long as your plan is active on Agency. To keep a permanent copy on any plan, download the replay as an MP4 from the Replay Centre, or extend how long it's kept (see below). You always get a warning well before a replay is due to be removed, and nothing is ever deleted without notice.
What is Replay Vault and do I need it?
Replay Vault is an optional add-on for organisers who host often and want to keep more replays for longer. It comes in three tiers, Essential, Plus and Premium, monthly or yearly, and simply gives your account more replay room across all your moments. Most organisers won't need it: your plan already includes replay hosting, and you can download any replay as an MP4 to keep a permanent copy yourself. Video is the one part of LimeMoment that costs us to store month after month, so the Vault keeps that fair and sustainable.
Can I keep one replay for longer without a subscription?
Yes. From a replay you can buy a one-off extension to keep just that replay longer (for example three more months, twelve more months or three more years). It's a single payment, no subscription, and it stacks onto the current expiry date.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Custom domains are available on Signature and selected Agency plans.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests can view the moment, RSVP, add it to their calendar, leave messages and take part using their invite link without creating an account.
Can guests manage their privacy?
Yes. Guests can control whether their name, attendance, location or contribution appears publicly, where the host has enabled those features.
One-off plans are per event. Agency plans are billed monthly. Gifts, donations and ticket payments are handled securely through Stripe, and we never see or store card details. Consent is always asked before anything is shown publicly, and we take data protection seriously. See how we handle data.
