From blank page to a moment guests love

Here’s the whole journey, start to finish. Most hosts have something to share within minutes, and you can come back and add more any time.

  1. Create your moment

Start in seconds. Describe your event in one line and we draft the title, date, venue and a matching design, or build it from scratch if you prefer.

    • Pick what you're celebrating, from a birthday or wedding to a church event, funeral or corporate day.
    • Your link is suggested for you, and we check it's free as you type.
    • Choose who can see it: public with the link, password protected, or private while you build.
  2. Make it yours

It looks designed from the first second, then you make it your own. No design skills needed.

    • Start from one of fourteen themes, then change the layout, hero style, fonts, corners and motion.
    • Add a cover photo and we pull a matching colour from it across the page.
    • Add and reorder sections in the visual builder, with a tab for every part of your page.
  3. Add what you need

Switch on only the sections that suit your moment. Everything is optional.

    • Collect RSVPs with meal choices, access needs, your own questions and how each guest knows you.
    • Let guests send a cash gift, chip in towards something together or donate to a cause.
    • Add a gallery, a memory wall, photo challenges, a countdown, travel details and more.
    • Build a timeline of milestones that guests can watch fullscreen as a story, chapter by chapter.
    • Let guests record a video toast or a voice note right on the page, no app needed.
    • Set up the time capsule: a capsule per circle, prediction questions and a secret mode that hides messages even from you.
    • Let AI draft your invitation, FAQs, schedule and thank-you messages in your tone.
  4. Invite and share

One link does it all. Share it however your guests prefer.

    • Share with a QR code or a one-tap WhatsApp message, or send personal invites.
    • Each guest gets their own link and QR pass, so their reply is pre-filled.
    • Mark your most special guests as VIP for a gold welcome, and add a private note only they see.
    • Attending guests get a shareable "I'm attending" badge, so the buzz spreads through every group chat.
    • Embed a live countdown on your own website or blog with one copied line of code.
    • Set an optional reply-by date and send a gentle reminder to anyone still to reply.
  5. Get ready for the day

The week before, tie up the details without the spreadsheet.

    • See your headcount, dietary needs, access needs and who's coming by relationship at a glance.
    • Arrange tables on the seating plan in a tap: seat the family, the church group or the school friends together.
    • Post updates like parking notes or a change of time, and guests see them straight away.
  6. Run the day

Tools that make the door and the room run smoothly.

    • Check guests in with their QR pass or a tap, with a live count of who's in.
    • Put the welcome screen on a tablet at the door to greet guests by name.
    • Show a live wall of guests' photos and toasts on a screen at the venue.
  7. Keep the moment going

The page doesn't have to end when the day does.

    • Wake up to a surprise: every video toast stitched into one film, made automatically the day after and emailed to you.
    • Send thank-yous from one tidy list, or let AI personalise one note for every guest, down to the town they travelled from.
    • Download the memory book as a PDF, and The Celebration Times, a keepsake newspaper of the whole day.
    • Let the assistant gather guest messages into themed collections, so your recap reads like chapters of your life.
    • Open the time capsule together later, reveal the predictions, or let guests send future messages.

That’s all there is to it
