• Tickets and Event Pass

  Sell or reserve tickets, including VIP, with capacity limits. Each one becomes a QR Event Pass guests add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and free events get a pass too.

• Door check-in

  Scan a QR pass or check guests in by name, with a live count of who is in. A manual code entry works when a camera can't.

• Welcome screen

  Point a tablet at the door and guests are greeted by name, with a little confetti as they arrive.

  Go live straight from LimeMoment in Camera Studio: broadcast from your browser or phone, no OBS and no app to install (OBS and pro encoders still work if you want them). • Keep, share and download the replay

  After the day, your broadcast becomes a replay guests can watch back on the page. In the Replay Centre you can share the link or download a portable MP4 copy that plays everywhere, made only when you ask for it, so nothing is created unless you want it. Replays are kept for your plan's window (90 days on Shine, 12 months on Signature and for as long as your plan is active on Agency), and you're always warned well before one is removed. Want to keep one longer? Download the MP4 as a permanent copy you hold yourself, buy a one-off extension or add a Replay Vault. The safety recording from your device stays yours too. Live is here to bring distant guests into the moment and give everyone a convenient replay, not to replace an event videographer, so if you want cinematic filming and a professionally produced keepsake, the two work well side by side. • Live chat, reactions and a headcount

  Under the broadcast, guests chat, tap quick reactions and see how many people are watching in real time, so the ones who couldn't travel still feel part of the day. The reactions match the occasion, warm and lively for a celebration and gentle and dignified for a funeral or memorial, so nothing feels out of place. Guests can also follow live captions in their own language, and read the words back on the recap afterwards. You stay in control: chat is on by default with a one-tap kill switch, and you can hide any message.

  Ask the room something and watch the answer appear on screen in seconds. Good for a wedding, better for a room that has gone quiet.

• One word for the guest of honour

  A word cloud in one tap: everybody sends one word, and the most popular grow biggest and move to the middle in their own colours. Guests can watch it grow on their phones, see it once you close it or leave it to the big screen.

• A podium, prizes and a proper finish

  A 3, 2, 1, go countdown to start, chimes and confetti for right answers, then a drumroll as first, second and third step up with their avatars, points and prizes. Your closing message ends it. Sound is off until each guest turns it on.

  Make any question worth half, double or triple points, give a hard one longer to answer and an easy one just five seconds and double the final question.   Set a pass mark for an induction or a refresher and download the completion list. Switch on anonymous play and no names or photos are collected at all. Both on every plan.

• Lime AI writes the whole programme

• Questions from your photographs

  Guests ask from their seat, anonymously if that helps. A moderator decides what reaches the screen, so the quiet half of an audience finally gets a word in.

• Games about the people in the room

  Two truths and a lie, Guess the person and Common ground are built from what guests tell you about themselves. Nobody's statement or fact is used unless they ticked a box to agree and you approved it.

• Kids and family mode

  One switch per quiz gives bigger answer buttons, a calm timer with no ticking, no speed bonus and no scores on show until the end. The reveal says Great try! instead of a buzzer.

• Photo hunt and missions

  A shot list for guests to go and find, or quiet missions that get people talking to somebody they have never met. Everything is moderated before it appears.

• Teams, tables and a leaderboard

  Play as individuals on every plan, or score people as teams and tables on every plan, ranked by average score so a big table can't win on numbers alone. The leaderboard can show everybody, a top few or nobody at all.

  An answer sent while the signal drops is queued and counted when it comes back. Scoring and timing run on our side, so nothing outside the room can interrupt a game.

  Winners, word clouds, photographs and answers become part of the moment afterwards, next to the gallery and the memory wall. Nothing is added on its own. You choose what stays and you can take it back out later.

• Tonight in 90 seconds

  The Event Finale cuts the evening together for the big screen: who won, what the room said and the photographs from the hunt. It is built from what already passed your moderation, and you watch it and approve it before anybody else does. On the Shine plan and up.

• How it went

  Detailed statistics across the whole moment: how many of the guests who joined took part, how many drifted off before the end, the average score and the questions that caught people out. On the Shine plan and up. Results, the leaderboard and CSV exports come with every plan.

• Play it on any device

  Guests join from whatever phone they already have. Play is designed with WCAG 2.2 AA as the target and for keyboard and screen reader use. We've checked it with the keyboard alone and with automated tools, and screen reader testing comes next. The answer buttons are large, nothing depends on telling two colours apart and a time limit on a question is optional, so you can run at the room's pace instead.

The page does not have to end when the day does.

  Everything that happens to your moment, from the day you publish to every RSVP, contribution, message and announcement, is kept as one honest record in order. Your memory book, replay and reports all read from that same history, so nothing important ever lives in just one place.

• Memory Vault, kept for life

  Most event pages disappear a week later. Yours is preserved. Nothing is deleted just because time passes, and if a paid plan lapses your moment moves to the Vault, kept safe rather than removed, with restore, download and a full audit history always to hand.
