Interactive conference activities delegates join in with
Interactive conference activities turn an audience into a room that takes part. Delegates join from their own phones with a code, answer polls and word clouds, ask questions anonymously and meet people through networking missions, with nothing to install.
The same tools run a family celebration or a church anniversary, and they're built for planners, charities, churches and businesses running conferences, away days and AGMs.
No app to install. No guest accounts. Free for up to 30 people at once.
Interactive conference activities for a working room
Live polls and word clouds
Activity: Poll
Pick one, pick all, rating, scale and ranking polls, plus word clouds such as one word for today. Results show live or when you reveal them.
On every plan
Moderated questions to the room
Activity: Questions to the room
Delegates ask from their seats (anonymously if they'd rather) and upvote the questions they want answered. A moderator decides what reaches the screen.
On every plan
Networking missions
Activity: Networking challenge
Missions and people bingo give delegates a specific reason to speak to someone new, which works better than asking a room to mingle.
On every plan
Six ready-made question packs
Icebreakers, team building, a conference warm-up, product launch reactions, a wellbeing check-in and know your team, ready in one tap with no writing.
On every plan
Training quizzes with a pass mark
Activity: Live quiz
Set a pass mark between 1 and 100 percent. Each person sees whether they passed and you download the completion list as a CSV file.
On every plan
Late arrivals handled
Keep joining open, let late arrivals play from the next question or close the room to new people. You can change it from the live console.
On every plan
Ready-to-run programmes to start from
In Play, open Create and pick one of the ready-to-run programmes. It arrives with its questions, host notes and running order, and you can change any of it. They're on every plan.

A one-day conference at the ACC Liverpool
Say 800 delegates are spending a day at the ACC Liverpool. Run the Conference session programme for each talk (an opening poll, questions for the speaker, one word for today and session feedback), a networking mixer at lunch and a training quiz with a pass mark for the afternoon workshop. Moderators clear questions from their own links, and every response downloads as a CSV file.
800 people taking part at once fits the Signature plan, which allows up to 1,000.

Questions hosts ask
The full FAQ covers plans, data and accessibility, and the party quiz guide walks you through a first game.
How many delegates can take part in interactive conference activities?
Up to 30 on Spark, 100 on Glow, 300 on Shine, 1,000 on Signature and 5,000 on Agency at once, and every activity works on every plan. The limit is checked when somebody joins, so nobody already taking part is removed.
Can the activities show our branding?
Yes, on the Signature and Agency plans. Your organisation's name, logo and brand colour can appear on delegates' phones and on the big screen, with a contrast check so text stays readable.
What happens if the venue Wi-Fi drops?
An answer sent while the signal drops is held on the phone and counted when it comes back. Scoring and timing run on our side, not on a laptop at the front.
Plan your next conference programme
