Download the template, paste your list in (up to 1,000 guests) and any RSVPs you've already collected carry over: a "yes" from your old platform counts in your headcount straight away. Yes, and they love to. Every attending guest gets a personal "I'm attending" badge, a beautiful image with your event name and date, ready to share on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. It's a lovely way for the excitement to spread before the day.

Yes. Mark a guest as VIP and their welcome turns gold, with a starred badge. You can also write a private note that only they see when they open their invite, like asking Dad to say a few words after the meal. Perfect for parents, pastors, sponsors and the people who matter most.

Money goes straight to your own connected Stripe account. We never hold your funds or see card details. You connect Stripe once, in a few minutes.

Instead of lots of small gifts, guests fund one thing together, like a honeymoon or a special trip, and watch a progress thermometer fill up. You can also collect plain cash gifts or donations to a cause.

An optional public wall that thanks people by first name. It's off for each guest by default, only ever shows first names, and never shows amounts or private notes. Givers can take their name down themselves at any time.

Yes. After the broadcast, the replay is kept on your moment page for guests to watch back: for 90 days on Shine, 12 months on Signature and for as long as your plan is active on Agency. To keep a permanent copy on any plan, use the Replay Centre to download a portable MP4 file that plays everywhere, made on demand when you ask for it. There's also the safety recording saved on the device you streamed from. Livestreaming is on the Shine plan and up.

Yes. Under the broadcast, guests chat, tap quick reactions and see how many people are watching in real time, so the ones who couldn't travel still feel part of the day, all with no account. The reactions suit the occasion: warm and lively for a celebration, and gentle and dignified for a funeral or memorial, so nothing ever feels out of place. You stay in control: live chat is on by default with a one-tap kill switch, and you can hide any single message from the moment page while you're signed in.

No, and it isn't meant to. LimeMoment Live is here to bring guests who can't be there into the moment as it happens, and to give everyone a convenient replay afterwards. For cinematic filming, professional lighting and sound and an edited keepsake film, an event videographer is still the way to go. Plenty of hosts use both, the videographer for the finished film, LimeMoment so far-away family can watch on the day.

No. The whole thing happens on your own moment: the broadcast, the chat, the reactions and the replay. You don't send guests off to another video service, and there's nothing for them to download or sign up for.

Yes. Guests record a short video toast or a voice note straight from their phone, right on the page, with no app to download. It's perfect for anyone who can't make it or is too shy on the night. Recordings wait for your approval first.

Yes. Event radio lets guests request songs and dedications for you to approve, and you can export the playlist to any music app.

Yes. Build a timeline of milestones with photos and clips, and guests press play to watch it fullscreen, one chapter at a time, like a story made for your moment. It's wonderful for a 50th birthday, a retirement or a celebration of life.

It's the part your guests join in with: quizzes, polls, word clouds, bingo, photo hunts and challenges they run from their own phones. You put a code on the screen and they scan it. That's all it takes. There are 30 activities to choose from, and every one of them comes with every plan, including the free one.

Yes. In Two truths and a lie, guests send three statements about themselves and the room spots the lie. In Guess the person, guests share a fact and everybody guesses whose it is. Common ground shows each guest the people who answered most like them. A guest only sends a statement or a fact if they tick a box to agree, and you approve each one before it's played. All three are on every plan.

Every quiz opens with a 3, 2, 1, go countdown. Right answers get a cheerful chime and confetti on the phone, and guests pick an emoji or a selfie as their avatar. At the end a drumroll leads into the podium, where first, second and third step up with their points and any prize you've set, followed by your closing message. You can also ask the room to guess what the guest of honour will say, or let everybody stake points on the final question so the lead can change hands at the last moment. Sound stays off until each guest turns it on.

Yes, and it's one of the easiest ways to add laughs. Any question can be worth half, double or triple points, or a number you choose, and you can make the final question count double. Each quiz has a time to answer every question (15 seconds on a new quiz), and any single question can have more time, less time or no timer. When the time runs out, answers stop. Pick Fast and furious mode and a right answer earns up to 500 extra points the quicker it arrives, and you can add a bonus for the first person to get each question right.

Ask everybody for one word, for example one word for the birthday girl or one word for this quarter. As words arrive, the most popular grow biggest and sit in the middle in their own colours. Filler words are left out. "One word for…" sets one up about your guest of honour in a single tap. You choose whether guests see it grow on their phones, see it once you close it or only see it on the big screen, and you can keep it in your Event Story afterwards.

No. Everybody can play on their own phone, and after each question their phone shows how the room answered. Share the join link in a group chat or put the QR code on table cards. If you have a TV or projector, the big-screen display shows the questions, the answers coming in and the podium for the whole room. The big screen is on the Shine plan and up.

Yes. Set a prize for first, second and third, or draw one at random from everybody who played, from everybody who answered every question or from everybody with full marks. Random draws happen on our side and each one is recorded. The podium shows each winner with their prize.

Yes. Guests anywhere in the world join with the same link and play in real time. If they choose to share where they are, the screen welcomes them by town, so the room sees who's joining from far away.

Yes to both. Practise it first gives you a private copy to play on your own phone, which guests never see and which never counts. If you started the real one to test it, Stop and reset puts it back to ready to play from the first question. After the event, Reset to play again clears the answers and scores so you can run it at another occasion. Duplicate it instead if you'd like to keep the first game's results.

No. They scan the code or follow the link, type a name if they feel like it and play. Nothing to download and nothing to sign up for, which matters when half the room is your gran's friends.

Only if you want to. From Glow, tell Lime AI how long you've got and what sort of evening you want, and it writes the whole programme. It already knows the occasion, who it's for and what you've written on your moment, so the questions are about your event rather than generic ones. You can change every one of them, and you can ask for a change in your own words rather than editing fields. On any plan you can start from a ready-to-run programme instead.

Yes, on the Glow plan and up. Pick photographs from your gallery and Lime AI writes questions about them. Every answer it writes is its best guess, so it can't score anybody until you've checked it.

Play expects that. An answer sent while the signal drops is queued on the guest's phone and counted when it comes back, and a guest who reconnects keeps their place and their score. Scoring, timing and the running order all happen on our side, so nothing outside the room can interrupt a game.

Very. Questions to the room lets people ask from their seat, anonymously if that helps, with a moderator deciding what reaches the screen. Live polls and word clouds give you a read on the room in seconds. Six ready-made packs (icebreakers, team building, conference warm-up, product launch reactions, wellbeing check-in and know your team) work on every plan, and Networking challenge and Who knows who? give people a reason to talk to somebody they've not met. Feedback is an activity too, so you finish the day already holding the answers instead of chasing a form next week.

Yes, on every plan. Set a pass mark between 1 and 100 percent on a scored quiz. Each person finds out at the end whether they passed, and you get a completion list on the results page and as a CSV download. It suits inductions, refreshers and compliance sessions.

Yes. Switch on anonymous play and no names or photos are collected, so people appear as Guest 1, Guest 2 and so on. Questions to the room also lets people ask anonymously while a moderator decides what reaches the screen.

Yes, on the Signature and Agency plans. Your organisation's name, logo and brand colour appear on everybody's phone and on the big screen, with a contrast check so the text stays readable.

No. All 30 activities are on every plan, including Questions to the room, polls, feedback, networking and team games. The paid plans add how many people can take part at once, Lime AI writing for you (from Glow), the big screen (from Shine) and your own branding (from Signature). Table and team scoring is on every plan.

Up to 30 on Spark, 100 on Glow, 300 on Shine, 1,000 on Signature and 5,000 on Agency. These are the most each plan lets join at once. The limit is checked when somebody joins, so nobody already playing is ever removed mid-game. Each plan's number is the most it lets join at once. Expecting more than 300 people playing at once? The best of it stays. Winners, word clouds, photographs and answers can become part of the moment, next to the gallery and the memory wall, so the night is still there when you come back to it. Nothing is added on its own: every result has a button that puts it into the Event Story, and you decide which ones to press. You can take anything back out again later.

It's the last thing on the screen before people go home: the evening cut together into about ninety seconds. Who won, what the room said, the photographs from the hunt and the messages worth reading out. It builds itself from what actually happened, and it can only use things that already passed your moderation, so a held photograph or a rejected message can't appear in it. You watch it and approve it before the room does. The Event Finale is on the Shine plan and up.

On any plan you get the results for every activity, the leaderboard, the winners, the word clouds, the full question-by-question breakdown and CSV exports of the lot. That's your record of your event and it's yours whatever you pay. From Shine you also get the detailed statistics worked out across the whole moment: how many of the guests who joined actually took part, how many drifted off before the end, the average score and the questions that caught people out.

What you have already put into your moment: the title, the kind of event, who it's for, the date, your running order and anything you've written about the day. It can also use facts and memories your guests have sent, but only the ones you have approved. Anything still waiting, held or rejected is never sent to a model. We don't use your content or your guests' content to train models.

Play is designed with WCAG 2.2 AA as the target. Every activity is built to work with the keyboard alone and with a screen reader, the answer buttons are large, the focus ring is always visible, right and wrong are spelled out in words rather than shown by colour alone and animation stops for anybody whose device asks for reduced motion. A time limit on a question is optional, so you can run an activity at the room's pace instead, and a guest with no phone of their own can play on somebody else's. Through the day, guests record short video toasts right on your page. The day after your moment ends, we automatically stitch every approved message into one film and email you when it's ready to watch, download and share. Imagine pressing play and seeing your sister in Liverpool, your oldest school friend and the whole church choir, one after another.

Everything worth keeping: a cover, an AI-written foreword you can edit, the story timeline, every guest message, the photos and the award winners. Print it from the browser or download it as a proper PDF in one click.

A keepsake front page called The Celebration Times: your story as the lead article, guest quotes set in columns, the award winners, a strip of photos and a "by the numbers" box from the day. It downloads as a PDF that prints beautifully, ready to frame or hand round.

Plenty. Guests seal messages that stay hidden until your chosen date (or midnight after the event if you don't pick one). You can run a capsule per circle (family, church or school friends), add prediction questions like "What will I be doing at 60?" and even tick a box so the messages stay secret from you too. When it opens, everything is revealed together.

Better than that, it personalises them. Write one thank-you and switch on personalise: every guest gets their own version, mentioning how they know you and the town they travelled from. "Thank you for coming all the way from Lagos" lands rather differently to a round-robin.

After the day, the assistant reads your approved guest messages and gathers them into themed collections, like school days, church family and work friends. Your recap page then reads like chapters of your life rather than one long list.

You choose: public with the link, password protected or private while you build. You can also control what each section shows.

We collect only what we need and ask for consent before anything is shown publicly. Guests can remove their own reply, and you can export or delete an event’s data. See our privacy policy for the detail.

Not until you agree. No non-essential cookies or analytics run until you consent, and you can change your choice any time from the cookie policy.

No. Photos and messages wait for your approval, and guests confirm everyone pictured is happy before a photo is shared.

Yes. Reader support on every page includes high contrast, larger text, dark mode and read aloud. Guests can also switch your page into their own language, or turn on plain English, which rewrites the page in shorter, simpler wording. Plain English and translation are AI features, on the Glow plan and up.
