Event Q&A that hears from the whole room
Event Q&A usually hears from the same three confident people. Questions to the room in LimeMoment Play lets everybody ask from their seat, anonymously if they'd rather, while the room upvotes what it most wants answered and a moderator decides what goes on screen.
It's there for a wedding couple's question time or a family celebration as much as for churches, charities, community meetings, conferences and all-hands sessions.

A community meeting at St George's Hall
Picture a community meeting for 200 people at St George's Hall. Open questions to the room when the panel starts, with moderation switched on so a volunteer approves each question from their own phone. The room upvotes what matters most, the chair takes the top questions in order and a feedback activity closes the evening.

Can people ask event Q&A questions anonymously?
Yes. Anonymous asking is on by default and you can switch it off. You can also run the whole session in anonymous mode, where no names or photos are collected at all.
Does the moderator need an account?
No. You give the moderator their own link, which works without signing in, and you can take it back at any time so it stops working straight away.
Do we need a big screen for event Q&A?
No. Guests see approved questions and vote on their phones. A big screen lets the whole room see the featured question as well.
