- Yes. Connect your Stripe account and guests can send cash gifts and donations straight to you, on any plan. On the Shine plan and up you can also set up experiences guests chip in towards together, with a live progress thermometer.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Custom domains are available on the Signature plan. A LimeMoment subdomain is available from Shine.
- Can I password-protect my event?
- Yes. Password protection and private sections are on every plan, including the free Spark plan.
- Can guests read my page in their own language?
- Yes. Guests can switch your page into their own language, from Welsh and Polish to Urdu and Arabic. It's powered by AI, so it's available on the Glow plan and up.
- What happens after the event?
- The page becomes a keepsake. A recap gathers the photos and messages, you can download a memory book PDF and a keepsake newspaper, and the time capsule opens on the date you chose. On the Shine plan and up, every video toast is stitched into a surprise film and emailed to you the day after.
- Do my memories ever get deleted?
- No. LimeMoment preserves your moment, so nothing is deleted just because time passes. If a paid plan lapses, your moment moves to your Memory Vault, kept safe rather than removed, and you can bring it back to full life at any time. Your photos, messages and videos are yours to keep.
