We use a small number of providers to run LimeMoment. This page lists who they are, what they do and where they process personal data.
Some of them are based in the United States or use services outside the UK. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on the transfer terms in each provider's data processing agreement. The last column says what we have confirmed so far. If you'd like more detail about a transfer, email privacy@limemoment.com. We'll update this list before we add a new provider.

A venue address, and the town a guest says they're coming from, are sent to find them on the map; the venue's position is sent for the forecast. LimeMoment makes Apple Wallet passes itself and sends each one straight to the guest when they choose to add it, so we don't send pass details to Apple. Once a guest adds a pass, Apple Wallet holds it under Apple's own terms, and depending on the guest's settings Apple may sync it to their other devices through iCloud.
Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page. LimeMoment Play's own measurement of how it runs is built into LimeMoment and kept in our database with Supabase, so it adds no provider.
