What it changes at a work event

You've brought people together at real cost, and most of them won't say a word all day. These are the activities that change that.

  • Icebreakers ready in one tap

Six ready-made packs (icebreakers, team building, conference warm-up, product launch reactions, wellbeing check-in and know your team) are ready in one tap. No writing, no AI and no cost.

  • The questions people really want to ask

Questions to the room lets people ask from their seat, anonymously if they'd rather. A moderator decides what reaches the screen and the room upvotes what matters most.

  • A read on the room in seconds

Run a poll or a word cloud such as one word for this quarter, and see what the whole room thinks before the next agenda item. It's quicker than a show of hands and nobody is put on the spot.

  • Training quizzes with a pass mark

Set a pass mark for an induction or a refresher. Each person sees whether they passed, and you get a completion list on the results page and as a CSV. Only answers you've confirmed count towards the score.

  • Get people talking to each other

Networking challenge and Who knows who? give delegates a reason to speak to somebody new. Table versus table gives the room sides, with teams ranked by average score so a big table can't win on numbers alone (team scoring on Shine and up).

  • Feedback before they leave

Feedback is an activity like any other, so you have the answers before anybody reaches the car park, and not a week later from a follow-up survey.

Questions to the room

The question nobody asks out loud

People ask from their seat, anonymously if that helps. The room upvotes what it wants answered, a moderator decides what goes on screen and your speaker answers what people actually came to hear.

Moderators get their own link that works without signing in, and you can take it back at any time.

Word cloud

How the room feels, in one picture

Ask for one word about the quarter, the new strategy or the day so far. The most common answers grow biggest and move to the middle, so a leadership team sees the mood of the room at a glance, and filler words are left out.

Show it on the big screen only, or let people see it on their own phones once you close it or as it grows.

Ready for a professional setting

The same product families use for a birthday, with the controls a working room needs.

  • Anonymous when it matters

Switch on anonymous play and no names or photos are collected. People appear as Participant 1, Participant 2 and so on, so people can answer honestly.

  • Built for UK GDPR

Nobody needs an account to take part. We collect only what an activity needs, and we never use your content or your people's answers to train AI models.

  • Ready for conference Wi-Fi

An answer sent while the signal drops is held on the phone and counted when it comes back. Scoring and timing run on our side, not on anybody's laptop.

  • Hybrid by default

Colleagues joining remotely use the same code and take part in real time, and the screen can show where people are joining from.

  • Evidence you can take away

Download results, every answer, the leaderboard, the participant list and training completion as CSV files on every plan. From Shine, see who joined, who took part and which questions caught people out.

  • Your organisation on screen

Show your organisation's name, logo and brand colour on everybody's phone and on the big screen, with a contrast check so it stays readable. On the Agency plan.

Questions organisers ask

Planning a birthday or wedding instead? See the party quiz. The full FAQ covers plans, data and accessibility.

Do attendees need an app or an account?

No. They scan a code or open a link in their phone's browser and they're in. Nothing to install and no account to create, which also means less personal data to look after.

Can people ask questions anonymously?

Yes. Questions to the room lets people ask anonymously if they'd rather, and a moderator approves what reaches the big screen. You can also run a whole session in anonymous mode, where no names or photos are collected at all.

Can we use it for compliance or induction training?

Yes. Set a pass mark between 1 and 100 percent on a scored quiz. Each person sees whether they passed and you get a completion list on the results page and as a CSV download.

How many people can take part?

Up to 30 at once on Spark, 100 on Glow, 300 on Shine, 1,000 on Signature and 5,000 on an Agency plan. The polls, Q&A, word clouds, packs and training work on every plan.

Can it show our branding?

Yes, on the Agency plan. Your organisation's name, logo and brand colour appear on attendees' phones and on the big screen.
